Digital Scenic Paintings

Due to the havoc caused by COVID-19, most of the theatre productions in my area were canceled indefinitely. Not wanting to get rusty on my skills, I decided to transfer my scenic design skills to the digital sphere. In my Scenic Painting course in 2019, which was forced online in March, I painted the following designs:

To practice my skills, I recreated the steps, including layer order and brush technique, using Procreate. The images I created are below. Process videos for each paint can be found here. Overall, it was a good exercise, and these videos will serve as a reference for future paints once theatre starts back up again.
