For my Summer Studio class, Dallas Hedges, Brittany Locke, and I worked for three months to create a project proposal for Orlando International Fringe Festival. After two weeks of research at the festival itself, we brainstormed and iterated ideas based on the Fringe's current facility infrastructure paired with the team's desire to revitalize downtown Orlando. We landed on Fringe Society.
Fringe Society is an immersive theatre experience that takes guests through a series of performances in a variety of Orlando business venues centered around a scavenger hunt-- the city is your venue, and the story is your guide. Set in the 1920s, you and your team must venture through seedy speakeasies collecting clues about the existence of a secret society that combats villains bent on world domination... and hopefully, stop the bad guys before they prevail.
See below for our final playbill (which explains the entire project) and some of my renders!
